Philip Wang was very responsive. We had great communication all the way through the order and delivery process. We changed the chair specification to real leather and he sent photos and video of the sample leather. Very happy with the communications. The chairs were delivered as per image. They are good quality. Only one issue for future improvement - the paint surface of the chair legs appears to be a bit thin as it scratches easily. Thicker paint would be better.

It's always a great pleasure working with Philip. I love my chairs, value for money indeed.
